Policy

1. Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically within 48 hours.
2. In case of paid purchase and the customer wishes to cancel the purchases, if the order is not shipped to the customer.
3. No Exchange and No Return policy
4. Portable Electronics will not re-ship the items in case of wrong address
5. In case of products without warranty or refurbished, it is not covered by the refund or return policy
6. Shipping charges are not refundable in any case
7. In case of warranty issue client must bring the item to our support center (onsite support charges will be charged separately)
